Life is a journey with many twists and turns. We do not always end up where we thought we would be, and many times, things have left hurt or pain in our lives along the way. I am here to walk beside you in your journey and to help overcome any emotional scars that may have been left and are preventing you from moving forward.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating the complexities of relationships, neurodivergence, and medical trauma. I have a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those on the autism spectrum, as well as families facing the emotional toll of a medical diagnosis, such as cancer. Whether you’re seeking guidance in communication, adjusting to life changes, or working through grief and trauma, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to help you heal, grow, and move forward.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, medical trauma, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. My approach integrates EMDR, EFT, CBT, and Brainspotting—powerful tools that help clients process trauma, break negative patterns, and develop practical techniques for healing. Whether you’re an individual looking for self-acceptance, a couple working through trust issues, or a family learning to adapt and connect, I provide personalized support to help you reach your goals.

Life’s twists and turns have shaped not only my personal journey but also my therapeutic approach. As a mom of three, including a multiple-relapsed cancer survivor who is autistic and another child who is twice exceptional (gifted/autistic), I understand firsthand the grief, adaptation, and resilience that come with unexpected life challenges. These experiences fuel my passion for helping others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or lost. I am trained in EMDR, EFT, CBT, and Brainspotting, modalities that allow me to guide clients toward healing, self-discovery, and hope. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to walk beside you, providing support and strategies to help you move forward.
