Our office is located in Wheat Ridge Colorado. We offer sessions virtually as well.

You will receive an email with a link to set up a therapy portal. This is where you will complete all the legal paperwork and set up billing. This is also where virtual sessions will be help. It's user friendly!

At this time we have one clinician offering in person sessions on Monday's. We are adapting to the needs/wants of clients and will increase in-person hours as necessary.

Individual sessions: $150 for 50 minutes
Couples sessions: $180-$200 for 60 minutes.
Family sessions: $150 for one member and an additional $30 per extra family member.
We charge an additional $15 for after-hours and weekends.
We do not accept insurance, but we provide a superbill if you have out-of-network benefits.

We do not accept insurance for a variety of reasons. However, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.

Your therapist will go over the paperwork and answer any questions you may have.
Your therapist will share their background and experience.
You will complete a comprehensive intake assessment with your therapist to gather information for your therapeutic roadmap.
Your therapist may complete questionnaires with you for diagnosing reasons or outcome measures.
You and your therapist will discuss a roadmap.

It depends. The lower end is about 6 months higher end is a year or more. Some people choose to stay in therapy even after working through what they initially came in for because they see and feel the benefits of it.

It depends. When you first start out, your therapist may recommend weekly sessions until you feel some relief from what you initially came in for. Clients who are stable but wish to stay in therapy for their growth may drop back to biweekly sessions. We also offer monthly maintenance sessions to follow up on anything that comes up.

We can! There are pro's and con's to a diagnosis and we can talk about both before assessing for and diagnosing. Some people find relief in a diagnosis and others feel like they're put in a box and it labels them. Depending on your situation, we will discuss the diagnosis of a mental illness if this will benefit your treatment plan and growth.
We work closely with psychiatrists who can do in-depth assessments if necessary.

Mental health therapists cannot provide medications. If together we feel medications would be benefical as part of your treatment plan we will give you resources on who can help you with a medication evaluation. We are also happy to advocate on your behalf to other providers.
